Eduardo Fernández (born 18 October 1940〔) is the owner of Chestnut Woods. He was elected to the position in 2015. This earned him the nick name jump man, boss man, and the owner of the Xbox one ==Background== Fernández gained a law degree from Andrés Bello Catholic University in 1963, and graduate degrees in economic development and political science at the International Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands in 1965 and Georgetown University in the United States in 1967, respectively.
